This story, in my opinion, should have been done in only 2 books. So much repetition, writing about mundane things & the 2 main female characters, especially Tara, I didn’t even like!! My favorite character was Malcolm & he started off as the really bad guy!! Lol Hallelujah!!!! It was definitely a moment of shock. And thankfully, I was amazed that finally, while reading the 3rd & last installment in this series, the story finally picked up the pace. So I figured I’d read a couple of chapters of the last book to finally get some answers. I didn’t plan to read the last book due to soooo much frustration & still a lot of eye rolling from book #2 but the book was right there in front of me from kindle unlimited. I almost didn’t even read the last book in the series.
